Contribution terms

trackbid.lol is a money-ranked promotional board, not a judgment of music quality. Every hosted Checkout purchases a contribution to one Spotify track. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for the transaction. A contribution never guarantees a rank, Top 50 place, or playlist inclusion.

Ranking and finality

Settled contributions accumulate by track. Higher totals rank first; equal totals favor the track that reached the value first. Displacement alone is not a refund reason. Contributions close five minutes before lock and the locked snapshot does not change.

Refunds and moderation

A verified payment completed too late to enter the intended week, or one that cannot safely enter because the track became ineligible before settlement, enters full-refund recovery through Dodo Payments. Refunds are not treated as complete until a signed event or authoritative provider evidence confirms them. Operators may hide ineligible content without deleting financial records.

Identity and Spotify

Optional public shoutouts are self-attested and unverified. Spotify hosts all listening. Spotify does not sponsor, administer, endorse, or verify this leaderboard.

Before live launch: the product owner must add the legal entity, jurisdiction, contact details, final maximum contribution, prohibited-content policy, and any mandatory consumer notices.
