Privacy notice

The public board does not require an account. Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record and processes hosted Checkout, customer, payment, tax, receipt, and refund data. trackbid.lol stores the contribution amount, optional normalized public shoutout, track, week, private provider identifiers, and settlement/refund evidence needed to operate and reconcile the board. It does not store customer email, billing address, or payment instrument data.

Public information

If supplied, a handle appears publicly as unverified attribution. Leaving it blank records the contribution as anonymous. Do not submit a handle you are not authorized to display.

Analytics and reliability

PostHog receives privacy-limited product events. Sentry and structured logs receive sanitized operational failures. The application excludes card data, provider secrets, raw payment payloads, authorization headers, and raw handles from analytics.

Retention and requests

Contribution and operator records are retained to preserve financial audit, refund recovery, moderation evidence, and immutable weekly archives. Public attribution may be hidden without rewriting financial history.

Before live launch: the product owner must add the legal entity and contact, exact retention periods, lawful bases, subprocessors, regional rights, and request procedure.
